In medical school, I had never heard the term “Adrenal Fatigue.” My sister in law asked me about it early in my career and I had no idea what she was talking about. She sent me an article and it made perfect sense to me. Now I know all about "Adrenal Fatigue" and I love fixing it for my patients. It is one of the keys to feeling great and having optimal health.
